RH. Ghan Commercial Properties recently facilitated a transaction with Papa Murphy's to add a new location in Van Buren, AR. The new location will be at 2254 Fayetteville Rd. next to Verizon Wireless. This will be the second location for Papa Murphy's in the area. They already have a location on Zero St. in Fort Smith.

     Papa Murphy's started the concept of Take 'N' Bake pizza in 1981. It is now the largest Take 'N' Bake pizza company in the world, and is the fifth-largest pizza company in the U.S. with over 1,150 stores in 35 states.
