Has anyone noticed lately that there is a lot of commotion going on just east of Toys-R-US on Rogers Ave.? That commotion is the construction of the latest retailer to join the ranks in Fort Smith, AR. Staples Office Super Store will open its first location in Fort Smith, sometime late summer or early fall of 07.
