R.H. Ghan Commercial Properties in Fort Smith Arkansas has learned that Rockline Industries, the largest producer of coffee filters and private label baby wipes in North America, announced it had purchased the 1.2 million-square-foot Today’s Plastics’ building in Booneville.  The company will invest $5 million and create more than 200 jobs over the next five years as it opens a wet wipes manufacturing and distribution facility.  The Booneville wet wipes plant will be the second in the state, as Rockline already operates a Springdale facility with about 500 employees.  Once up and running, Arkansas will be the leading wet wipes manufacturer in the nation.  Rockline was established in 1976 and started as a coffee filter manufacturer. From there, it added other products and now manufactures and distributes a number of coffee products, such as stir sticks and cleaners, as well as a variety of wet wipes.  Rockline will hire 10 to 20 employees to start, and training will take place in Springdale.
