New Owners of the Fort Smith Pavilion
The Fort Smith Pavilion has been sold to the Ohio based real estate company, Phillips Edison & Co. This 400,000-square-foot property on Phoenix Avenue at Interstate-540, was completed in 2008, making it the newest shopping center in our area. The Fort Smith Pavilion’s anchor tenant is Target, and other retailers include; Books-A- Million, Old Navy, Petco, and more. The shopping center also has 2 restaurants, Cheddars and Longhorn Steakhouse. The company plans to announce some new leases in the next 60-90 days. They said they do plan on filling up the vacant spaces.
