R.H. Ghan Commercial Properties has recently learned Longhorn Steakhouse will soon be opening a new resturant in Fort Smith. The new steakhouse will be located at 3805 Phoenix Avenue inside the Pavilion Shopping Center. Longhorn Steakhouse resturants has 324 locations in 32 states. This location will be the first Longhorn Steakhouse in the state of Arkansas. The resturant is projected to be about 6,000 square feet in size, will seat around 240 guests, and will employ around 80 people.

     The resturant will feature a relaxed western-style atmoshphere. The decor includes: stacked stonework, dark earth-toned colors, and western-themed paintings. Signature menu items at Longhorn are "flo's Filet", "Outlaw Ribeye" and "Roasted Garlic Filet". Also offered on the menu is an assortment of fresh salads, salmon, shrimp, ribs, and soup. Appetizers, desserts, and a kids menu are also featured on the menu. R.H. Ghan Commercial Properties would like to welcome Longhorn Steakhouse to Fort Smith!
