R.H. Ghan Commercial Properties recently facilitated a transaction with La Huerta owner, Juan Barba, to open a new resturant in Ft. Smith. The new resturant will be located at 5605 Rogers Avenue, which was previously occupied by Lonestar Steakhouse. The building is around 6,400 square feet in size. Barba is doing some remodeling to the interior of the building and hopes to open the resturant sometime in June. The resturant currently has 17 locations in Arkansas and Poteau. Although the exact number of employees is unknown, Javier Valdivia, said the new location will have more employees than any of the other resturants. R.H.
